- The studios and rooms are available from 13.00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room or studio by 09:30am.
- Breakfast in Hotel Gerlos from 07.45 till 10.00 .
Dinner in Hotel Gerlos from 18.00 till 20.00.
- All prices excluding EUR 1,80 per day/person
- The payment of the invoice must be paid by the latest one day before the day of departure from Hotel Gerlos.

Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival free of charge, 30 to 21 days before arrival 40%, 20 to 14 days before departure 60% and 13 to 7 days before arrival 80% and in the case of no-show 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure the rooms for the whole time period will be made to the account.
- In addition the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply at the Sonnenhof-Hotel Gerlos.

Redemption of cash in the case of winning is not possible. The decision is final. By participating you agree to a publication at www.sonnenhof-gerlos.at. The winner will be notified in writing. Date to redeem the free stay can be agreed after agreement with the hotel management.
